Thank you for your purchase. Please see our refund policy below.


After purchasing one of our evaluations, you will receive an email with the account log in credentials to your trading platform. Once this information is emailed to you, there will be no refunds given.

Refunds after successful completion of Evaluations

Upon successful completion of Phase 2 on the Standard and Aggressive challenge, as well as the completion of the Swing evaluation period, the trader will be promoted to a funded account. At which point the initial fee paid for the challenge which the trader has successful passed, will be refunded with your first monthly withdrawal.

The following items cannot be returned:

  •     Any Trading Tech purchases
  •     Evaluation programmes are non-refundable – The full price becomes refundable once the trader successfully completes the 2-phase evaluation.
  •     Instant Funded Accounts are non-refundable  

Please Note   

  •        Sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be refunded.        
  •        Refunds are not applicable on evaluations.    
  •        A refund for the full price of the evaluation is given to the customer upon completion of the 2-phase evaluation and successful funding. The refund will be processed at the time of the traders first withdrawal
